Thank you for visiting our website. It is not very slick or pretty, we've been focusing on the substance of the business more than the glitter of the web site. The site will be evolving for some time, and eventually there should be some glitter. There is currently no on-line shopping cart and no links to equipment grouped by category or specification. These should all be coming with time.
We make every attempt to describe things accurately and set prices fairly. We're human and occasionally make mistakes, we'd be happy to hear from you if you believe we have. All the items listed on this site are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. We usually ship the same day the order is received. If you need something in a hurry, let us know. We will do all we can to get your items to you when you need them.

How To Purchase From Us
There are currently two ways to purchase from Turnaround Systems: contact us directly or purchase instantly from our store on eBay. Most orders placed directly with us get free ground shipping. As you browse our inventory on this site, items currently listed on eBay will show an eBay logo that will link you directly to the item page on eBay. Clicking that link will allow you to purchase the item on eBay using Buy It Now. You may also call us directly to purchase any item, and ask any questions you may have. You may find that the quantity on eBay does not match the quantity on this site. Generally, this site has the correct quantity we have in stock.

We accept several forms of payment including major credit cards directly through us or through PayPal, as well as checks and guaranteed funds through the mail. We do not accept Western Union or any other form of payment that requires us to go somewhere to pick it up. We do not store any of your credit card information, all is entered directly into the credit card processing secure web page.
Shipping
We use UPS for virtually all shipments to the continental United States. Virtually all purchases that ship to the lower 48 US states qualifies for free shipping. The exceptions are very inexpensive items and items that are very large and heavy relative to their price. Purchasing multiple inexpensive items will usually qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii; Puerto Rico and international destinations are significantly higher, and shipping will be quoted on a case by case basis. Many times, the Post Office provides an economical alternative and we will use them where practical. We will work with you to get you the best possible overall deal. We do not profit from shipping charges.
We make every attempt to ship the same day the order arrives. UPS can pick up any time after 4:00 PM Eastern time. If you place an order after our daily pickup and it is important that the order ship the same day, if conditions here permit, we will deliver your purchase to UPS or FedEx. Additional charges will apply.
